Because our digital products are delivered instantly after purchase, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Physical Products

For physical items, such as the Backyard Nature Kit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, orders containing digital downloads cannot be canceled once the purchase is completed.
